1. How long does it take to receive my product?
A: The average delivery time is 1 week after the product is shipped.
2. Where does the product come from?
A: We represent manufacturers from Europe, China, the United States, and the Netherlands, depending on the product chosen.
3. Can I pay by bill?
A: Installment payments are only accepted via credit or debit card, or PayPal.
4. Can I pick up my order in person?
A: No, all shipments are made via postal service.
5. I purchased more than one product in the same order, but I only received part of it. Is that normal? Will the other products be delivered?
A: This can happen, but don't worry. This situation occurs when the products are sourced from different suppliers. If this happens, you will receive two separate tracking codes to follow your orders. Since these are two different packages, they will undergo separate customs checks, which may result in different delivery times.
6. What happens if my delivery is delayed?
A: Don't worry, delays can happen but are rare. We monitor the shipment daily, and if the product does not arrive for some unforeseen reason within 90 business days after shipping, according to our shipping and delivery terms, the payment will be refunded 100%.
